REP deliver software & mechanical engineering solutions to the defence market, with projects undertaken on A400M, C130J, C27J, EH101, Global Hawk, Nimrod, P3 Orion, US-1A and V22 Osprey.

Operating an ISO9001:2001 and TickIT compliant quality management system, REP work to the highest industry standards including DEF 00-56 & DO178B levels A to E.

Software applications include: FADEC, RTOS, Head up displays, Flight surface controls, Application tools, Rocket motor control, Adaptive cruise control, Cabin pressure control, Secondary flight display, Air data acquisition & landing gear control.

Our mechanical engineering division provides end to end product lifecycle management and product data management systems and services to aircraft manufacturers and tier 1 suppliers across military programmes. Programmes include the digital mock-up for structures, electrics and systems on military aircraft.

REP currently support numerous programs to facilitate clients’ work; including: CATIA V4 & V5, PRIMES PDM system (airbus), Windchill, Solid Edge, Team Centre, UG NX & Solidworks.
